At Alva we are a welcoming, inclusive community that prides itself on creating a positive, creative, and professional environment for stylists to thrive. Located in the heart of West Des Moines, we specialize in lived-in color and hair extensions. We are currently looking for talented, passionate stylists to rent one of our five available chairs and be part of our amazing team.

• A licensed stylist with experience or a passion for lived-in color and hair extensions.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, positive work environment and is eager to build relationships with the team and clients.
• A self-motivated individual who values autonomy and is ready to manage their own schedule and business.
